When we shop for school we buy not only supplies but clothes, wipes, gums… and hair bands. I am here to show you how easy to decorate your hair band. It is perfect to diverse your school life and it looks very cute when you put your hairband on your wrist.
All you need:
> Hairband
> Hot glue gun
> Acrylic paints
> Glass plate
1. Start by choosing the element you want to put on your hairband. I opt for cats because I made them for a present for the cutiest girl ever! Then put the glass plate over it.
2. Start outlining and filling in the shape using the hot glue gun. You don’t need to be exact, just to have the shape. Wait to the first layer to dry and apply one more.
3. Then just remove it from the plate using something thin and sharp.
4. Shape it using a scissors.
5. Then paint the figure starting with the background and moving on to the details. Don’t forget to paint the back as well.
6. To protect the colour and give it a nice shine apply a coat of top nail polish.
7. Finally, glue the band to the figure. To glue it well you can stretch out a few time the hairband while the glue is in a process of drying. And you are done!
