It is time for the new year resolutions. That is why I decided to make something that will
motivates me to follow my goals. I was inspired by this picture which I found on Pinterest. It is very interesting and the colours are trendy. I add an hashtag to complete the modern look.
All you need:
> A blank canvas/ white paper
> Black tempera/acrylic paint
> Golden paper
> A big paint brush, pen and scissors
1. Star with the vertical layer of black. Try to recreate the whole shape. If you look closer, you could see that there is more than one shade of the black in this layer of paint. That way start with more greyish black, by adding just a little bit more water. Wait to dry and repeat the process but with more vibrant color this time. Don’t be too precise with the motions, just let the big brush do the job.
2. When the vertical layer is dry repeat the process with the horizontal one.
3. While waiting to dry outline the letters for GOAL DIGGER on the back of the golden paper. You can use template or do it by hand. You can also use different fonts as well. I even change the quote size and location.
4. Finally, cut the letters and glue them to the canvas. I use a normal glue stick but you can use golden self adhesive paper.
