It`s summer and we all want to be in shape but also to eat as many ice cream as we would tike to. I present you an idea for homemade vanilla ice cream. We can`t say that it`s healthy but at least we will know all the ingredients.
All you need:
> 250 ml milk
> 250 ml whipping cream
> 4-6 yolks
> 80 g sugar
> 1 t.s. vanilla
1. Boil the milk and cool it to body temperature.
2. Mix well the yolks, sugar and vanilla.
4. Put it on low heat and stir constantly till it thickens.
5. While the mixture is cooling down, whip the cream.
6. Fold the cream gently into the mixture.
7. Put it in a box and leave in the fridge. After 40-60 min stir it well and repeat once more. And you`re done!
