Today one amazing friend of mine celebrate her 18th birthday. That`s why I decided this post to be related with her. Few weeks ago we were looking for clothes on Instagram with her and suddenly we saw this beautiful denim shirt with cut shoulders decorated with flowers. My friend told me: ` I want you to make this! `. I couldn’t refuse.
All you need:
> Shirt
> Decorative flowers
> Scissors, a dish and a pencil
> Needle and thread/Glue gun/ Fabric glue
1. Put the shirt in and decide where exactly you want to be the shoulder hole. Be careful! I recommend to cut a smaller piece first. That way you won`t regard later.
2. Take a dish or something circle and put it just between the markers you made earlier. Try to be with the shape of half-ellipse, not half-circle. Again, if you cut too much, not only the shoulder but you whole arm will be seen. I decided to make my hole longer.
3. Repeat the steps with the other shoulder. Use a ruler to be more precise.
4. Cut the holes.
5. Choose and/or make your decorative flowers. You can do them from felt fabric or other fabric. I`m not very good at making tiny detailed things so I decided to buy my flowers. Make sure to match the flowers with your style and the colours you wear usually. First arrange them how you want them to be.
6. And then sew them or glue them. I assure you! They won`t fall if you glue gun them, even after washing.
