For the Easter this year, I present you a super sweet décor idea, which is easy to be customized, so to much every home.
All you need:
> Glass jar
> Self-adhesive paper
> A piece of fabric and a ribbon
> Spray or acrylic paint
> Scissors, a pencil and a small safety pin
1. Draw a rabbit or else on the back of the self-adhesive paper. I used a template, which I found on the Internet. Of course you can draw anything you want, but if you want to be that rabbit you can downloaded it HERE.
4. Peel off the back side of the paper.
5. Stick the rabbit on you clean and dry jar. Make sure it is centered. I made two rabbits and put them opposite.
6. It`s painting time. I recommend you to use a spray paint because it is easier, faster, and the finish result is nice and even. But you can use acrylic paint as well.
7. Then cut a little rectangle piece of the fabric. The length should be few cm longer than the circumference of the bottleneck.
8. In the upper part of the fabric make little holes. Closer the holes are, more pleated the result be.
9. Fold one of the ends of the ribbon and pass through it the safety pin.
10. Pass the safety pin through all the holes. One above, one below and repeat.
11. When the jar is dry, remove the rabbit. If the paint has overflowed, clean the lines with a cotton swab dipped in nailpolish remover.
12. Tie the ribbon with the fabric for the bottleneck. Adjust it too look good.
13. Finally, fill the jar with colourful chocolate mini eggs.
