In this cold weather we all dream of something warm and delicious. I present you how to make a cake in a mug. It is quick and easy! You don’t need to buy anything or even turn on the oven.
All you need:
(I give you measurements for two portions or one big mug)
> 6 tablespoons flour
> 2 tablespoons white sugar
> Pinch of salt
> Vanilla
> 1 teaspoon baking powder
> 2 tablespoon butter
> Milk
> Chocolate pieces
1. I recommend to mix the ingredients first in a bowl otherwise you will end up with mess. Put the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and the vanilla(if it is a powder one) in a big bowl.
2. Make a hole in the center for the liquid ingredients.
3. Add the milk. In the recipe I used it was said to use 6 tablespoons milk but this measurement wasn’t enough for me. Pour the milk little by little in bowl and mix well till you have a smooth mixture.
4. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture. If you use a liquid vanilla add it at that stage.
5. Add the chocolate pieces. I didn’t have any so I cut ones from a chocolate bar.
6. Put the mixture in a mug till the half of the cup.
7. Put it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. It is not a problem to put in a few times for 2-3 minutes till it is ready. Evert oven is different.
